27. Group Features: Perpbot Strategy Account, Stats & Competitions

Join Perpbot group chat https://t.me/ThePerpBotTG to be able to:

  • Check stats on Perpbot Strategy Account (our own account trading Aster X1).

  • Check if there is any current Perpbot volume competitions.

  • APY projections for both Aster X1 High & Low

27.1 The Perpbot Strategy Account

Perpbot uses a single “Perpbot Strategy Account” that:

  • Trades with the Aster X1 Low strategy.

  • Uses profits to buy back and burn $PERP.

  • Is funded by:

    • 50% of $PERP taxes.

In the group, /asterx1 shows:

  • Summary of recent Aster X1 Low trades.

  • Total PnL over a window (e.g., last 30 days).

  • Trade-by-trade breakdown (symbol, side, qty, entry, exit, PnL).

  • Current balance of the Perpbot Strategy Account and total PnL.

  • A short explanation that:

    • Profits are used to buyback & burn $PERP.

    • $PERP taxes help fund the Strategy Account itself, creating a loop:

      • More interest in $PERP → more volume → more tax revenue → higher Perpbot Strategy Account balance → larger buybacks over time.

27.2 Projected APY with /asterx1apy

The command /asterx1apy:

  • Simulates a trading account starting with a $1,000.

  • Applies to both Aster X1 Low/High strategies.

  • Shows:

    • Final simulated balance.

    • Total % gain.

    • Projected APY if the same performance continued for a year.

Important notes:

  • Simulation only – It’s not actual historical account equity; it’s “what if you started with $1,000 and followed these trades exactly.”

  • The calculation ignores external deposits/withdrawals; it purely compounds trading results from the starting equity.

⚠️ Projected APY is not guaranteed. Markets change and returns can vary massively.

27.3 Competitions & Leaderboards

  • Competitions are based on volume

  • Once the time of the competition is over:

    • Rewards are allocated to top volume-generating users based on how many users win (set by admin)

    • Splits the reward pool pro-rata based on each winner’s volume.

In the main group, anyone can run:

  • /competition To see:

    • Whether a competition is active or ended.

    • Leaderboard

    • If active: an estimate of what each top user would win if the competition ended now.

    • If finished: the final winners, their volume and rewards.
